MILLET,GOJI & ALMOND BLISS

These bliss balls are more of a round muesli bar rather than a bliss ball, and they're perfect for morning or afternoon tea, or even for an on-the-go breakfast. They're loaded with antioxidants and fibre and the millet gives them a lighter texture than a traditional bliss ball. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup dates, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes to soften and pit removed
1 cup whole raw almonds,
½ cup goji berries,
1 cup puffed millet (you could also use puffed amaranth or quinoa),
1 tbsp. chocolate chips,
¼ cup dried coconut flakes,
1 tbsp. white chia seeds,
a small pinch of salt

Method:
1. Place the almonds in the food processor and process until the almonds turn into a flour consistency
2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until combined
3. Place the mixture into the fridge and allow to chill (at least 1 hour) - this will make it easier to roll into balls
4. When the mixture is cool, roll into golf ball-sized balls and store in the fridge

   Enjoy!
